Love is not a matter of counting the years, but making the years count.

In these past few weeks,
I've learned that friendship is
the most important thing in my life.
Not parents or boyfriends,
but the friends who will be with me forever.
The ones who I can count on.
The ones who get what I'm going through
& want to help me every step of the way.

It seems that when you want somebody, they don't want you. And when they want you, you don't want them. And when youboth want each other, something comes along and messes it up

life doesn't always give you
the people you want,
it gives you the people you need.
to help you, hurt you, love you,
& to make you into the person
that you were meant to be

you would never guess that a girl,
so happy on the outside,
is breaking down on the inside.
a girl who laughs her head off everyday in school,
you would never guess she's covering up,
the million tears behind her smile.

'just live, make mistakes and have wonderful memories.

Everybody makes mistakes when they are young
& I've had my chance to learn, time to move on.
It won't happen again

People think that if you love somebody hard enough,
then everything is just going to work out.
Well, people are wrong

Sometimes I feel a little jealous inside imagining someone else could please you more than me. Guess it's my insecurity acting up a bit; because I know I'm not the most beautiful or the most fun or even the most exciting person you'll ever meet, but I do know that no matter how long and hard you search, you'll never find a girl who loves you and cares about you the way I did.

She's not like that now.
She knows better ;
She knows that people lie & promises can be broken as quick as they're made.
She understands that when people say 'forever', it is almost over.
She doesn't believe in things like "true love" anymore..
Cause after all ; she knows better
